Hi, I’m Kristen, a DC-based Senior Product Designer. I currently work as a Senior User Experience Designer at Deloitte. At Deloitte we are building a seamless customer experience for our clients.
As a skilled UX generalist, I have experience in all aspects of the UX process from research, strategy, design, testing, development, and delivery. I can successfully identify problems, analyze user needs, and craft a solution that users enjoy. I have experience introducing Design Thinking methodologies to organizations. I manage stakeholder relations to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. I use my experience in UX and background in marketing and psychology to create meaningful human-centered designs and am a creative problem solver with the ability to generate and implement new ideas. I have a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Psychology from Salisbury University and a UX Design Certificate from General Assembly.
When not designing you can find me hiking, daydreaming of living in Spain again, or eating ice cream.
